Just out of curiosity, how are you going to "buy" a Casale account?

Try this from their publisher terms for starters:
"9. Assignment.
a) The Publisher may not assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, without written consent from Casale Media. Any attempt to assign this Agreement without such consent will be null and void."
