I'm in the market for established sites. The three industries I'm interested in right now, are automotive / motorcycle, pet and membership related sites. When I say a site, it can be either a classified site, a guide, informational, service or similarly related.
I am looking for:
1) 2+ Years or Older
2) Well indexed in google, yahoo, bing, ect..
3) Income not necessary, but a plus
4) Prefer .com, but will consider .net or .org
5) 50 or more pages of content
6) Has good link saturation
I'm not looking for
- sites that were just built
- sites from dropped names or names just registered
- sites that are filled with scraped / non-unique content
- sites that are banned from adsense
- sites that have used blackhat methods for ranking
- not really interested in blogs either
I will not pay for pipe dreams or sites based off of "potential" so please don't waste your time. Budget is not an issue for the right site, however please be justified with your price and explain why your asking that price.
I would prefer that you pm me with the following details.

2) Age
3) Income (if any)
4) Keywords site ranks for and what position (if any)
5) Stats
6) Price (please justify your asking price)
