I was in my office and show a couple of websites to my salespeople and the same picture pops up from several sites.
We have very strong in-house securities and firewall. It must be the pop-ups from advertisers.

It's not strange though, these guys name images in such a way that, say the exclusive rank image that shows up above your avatar is 'exclusive.gif', so the culprit image will be named 'exclusive.gif' also, and you will see all the weird stuff till your browser refreshes it's cache.

Other day I got a lengthy image with numbers 1 2 3 4 on it! :D, this is just another plain old trick.
