Cmscoder.com allows people to bid and sell cms coding jobs.
I have 2 scripts for the site, The CGI which works great, http://www.cmscoder.com, uses paypal and a few other gateways.
I may include the PHP version of Radscripts (RadLance Gold) for the right price. Its licensed and ready to go. I decided not to change over to it because it was too much work for me to create a new theme but it is installed at:

You can set up the themes etc...its a great site. You can set up fees anyway you want, just like any kind of freelance script.
Averages
500-800 uniques a month
1000-4000 page views a month
