The website is powered by mambo and the forum is powered by SMF Board. The website is indexed by all major search engines. I have also enable SEO features for both mambo and SMF so that the website is indexed deeply. Around 230+ of it's pages are indexed by Google. The PR is real and it is no url redirect or something that others do.
The reason I am selling this website is I am not able to find time to update this website frequently. In it's first full month itself it got more than 1k+unique so this website has good potential. Apart from Google Adsense I also had plan to use Amazon associates there to sell game CD/DVD with the news but again no time.
The website is self sustained as the traffic comes from Search Engines and type in and is not dependent on Link Exachange or something. Also I didn't do any much promotion except submitting it to directory and posting on couple of gaming forums.
For keywords such as Latest Gaming News it comes in first 3 ranks at MSN.
This sale excludes the theme at the main portal website as that is a mambofy skin and I don't have rights to sell it. You can get the theme by being a member there.

I like the design of the site, well done! Forum is lacking a bit though.

Questions:
Was the Adsense Income monthly or to-date?
Are there any moderators/Contributors for this site, if so will they be staying on after the sale?
How old is the site?
Whats your reason for sale?

1) the Income is for 4 months. Didn't add Google ads on the forum so could have been more.
2) I will continue to contribute there as and when I find time.
3) The website is around 5 months old.
4) Reason for sale is that I an unable to find time to dedicate to it completely. mainly because of my other projects.
