I'm in full agreement. This is another strength of .biz. Instead of a lot of "For Sale" pages, "most" people are buying to "build" due in small part to Neulevel's policy against buying .biz names just to re-sell. That will help in these early "branding" stages.
If you think about it, dot com names weren't really being re-sold on the aftermarket until after they reached their saturation point. I think some of the other new TLDs are being resold enmasse before it's known whether they will have an impact on the market or not.
That's not to say some names in the new TLD's aren't attractive already (like a Medical.info, etc), but reality is YOU must have development first to attract the big time investors...Speculating alone cannot create "value".
Las Vegas is a prime example (real world example) of what I'm talking about. If you've never been to Las Vegas you'd be suprised that anyone would have ever put a casino out where they did. To make a long story short someone did, and others followed finally establishing the area as a casino haven. Thus attracting investors.
bottomline: Go where
real commercial development is occuring.
