He got a great deal and wants to turn a profit....that's why he is selling. If you inherited a house and you sold it then your cost basis would be zero. Let the man turn a profit. That's the name of the game.

yeah its a great name and i agree it could fetch well of 10k quite easily. I got a lot of projects i am working on and need to sell this one failry soon
