That's actually an excellent hosting domain. Worth much more than your asking price in my opinion. Not the appraisals section I know, but I don't think this will harm your thread in any case. Pity I'm not into hosting.

Thats because the domain he is selling is surehots.com . Not sure why he doesn't change it
