Hi All

Would appreciate your feedback for "XpireFly.com"

I feel it is a good domain name for development and has a lot of potential, as another player in the "Xpired Names" field.

Thanks

I dont see any value in the domain name, but I can see how it would be nice to develop - I say go for it!

You'll have TM problem with ExpireFly.com for sure. Emitting one letter (especially E) is not a change of the name. Take these cases for example:

1- Pop Smear, Inc. v Craig Singer @ http://www.arbforum.com/domains/decisions/94945.htm

2- AltaVista Company v Astavista.com @ http://www.arbforum.com/domains/decisions/95251.htm

3- Mellon Bank, N.A. v HS Trading Co. @ http://www.arbforum.com/domains/decisions/95951.htm

all of the above cases end with trasfer of the domain. And there are 100s of similar cases.

So I don't think you will be able to develop this website! BTW I didn't find a US registered trademark for ExpireFly or ExpireFly.com but that doesn't mean they don't have rights over the name!
