lol, I was thinking surely they've had some bad press but wow, their budget for acquisitions must really be struggling!
On the actual side of things, great work for that teenager. It's good to hear some success stories in the midst of tough economic times!

If the seller agreed to the price, how did he get ripped off?

I know a lot of people who got greedy and lost, and they never live it down... If the seller is happy with the price and I have no doubt he is, that's all that matters.
