Youtube's links in subscription emails

I have noticed this months ago, and I don't know why Youtube is doing this, but some links in descriptions on videos emailed to me when I select to have that user email me their new uploads, those links are not linking correctly. Some may link as .co instead of .com. Images attached to show you what I mean.

"My website: http://www.julieborowski.com" - links as .co.
"The Tonight Show Tumblr: http://fallontonight.tumblr.com/" links as http://fallontonight.tumblr

Has anyone else noticed that?
