I've put this domain up before, but haven't found any buyers.
So, here's the deal... I'm planning to develop the site. However, if you want to make an offer on it, I'll consider anything over $700. If no sale is agreed upon within the next 48 hours then I'm going to go ahead and develop it on my own.
So, let me repeat... this name will not be available for sale at any point again once this sale has expired.
