This is a re-post from the Google.us thread. Since this is a different type question from that original thread, I thought I would create a new thread:

zouzas since I consider you an expert on quality dot US names. I have a question for you?

What do you consider "top tier" Dot US names. One worders, generics, or phrases. Some of the ones you've shown are pretty good, but I would like to hear what you think.

My thought on this has always been that city names, events and one-worders would do very well. Possibly some key phrases that are two worders, or two word names that are short/descriptive.
