Toby Clements Scammer Still In Business? Not Paid In Full For The Domain Sold In December!

From my reputationrepair.com access I grabbed this for all trying to get a hold of Toby.

I hope Toby makes right on this!

Odd, his last Facebook post was also on March 10th. I've been in this industry for many years and have always tried to make steady sales, never gloating when I would make a great profit...I remember seeing Latona and Clements at Traffic conferences and on Facebook posting images of their expensive sports cars..I always wondered if it was a facade, which it obviously was. The only encounter I had with Toby was when he told me a domain name had sold through his newsletter and 7 weeks later he told me the buyer backed out. It's people like this that give domaining a bad name, that's why I only sell to end users at this point.

Did someone put "scammer" in the title as when this thread was started the "scammer" word is not in the title? I would appreciate if the title could be without "scammer" as originally posted.

Why don't ya'll put some money together and hire a private investigator and contact the FBI also. He's lucky he does not owe me any money, because I would have been called the Feds... This is Wire Fraud among other crimes, everyone call the FBI Headquarters near you and he'll go down....

Toby paid 25% of the outstanding balance this week and he is hoping to settle the remaining balance to the end of the month. He is trying to settle the money he owes and we do appreciate it.

Even then I've had a horrific experience with Toby Clements and his newsletter. But I chose to act instead of put up with his delays and excuses. Don't be too trusting with anyone, big name or not, where there's money - there's someone willing to take it from you. First thing you can do is speak out, make a public record of what has occurred to you. If they fix the problem, great, update everyone. But at least there will be a record and others can take notice if they are having the same problems. Second, stop giving them your business! If someone continuously delays transactions by two weeks or more, that is not normal! The broker should make the process smoother and headache free. They should not be the one who is causing the delays and headaches.

I hope this was not a very costly lesson to anyone. But however insignificant your loss was, you should still do everything in your power to make sure people don't get away with this stuff. Best of luck to all involved.
