I think that's a bit low. The population seems to be a decent size, and if the average house is worth $215,900, getting just one or two home sales through your zip code website would be worth $x,xxx to a local real estate company. And lots of non-Marchex US zip codes are owned by local real estate companies.

Yeah, that makes sense. You could probably get more from a real estate company (although given the market now, it might not be the best time to sell it).
