If you are into this years important and historical Presidential election and want a way to get involved, here is a very unique opportunity to do so. I started this website late last year. It is a political blog that focuses on Presidential polls. Specifically this years election. You decide on the poll questions and answers. You have full control and it's very easy to manage. You can even make money from the adsense ads.
The site is well indexed by Google with 16 pages indexed and has a page rank of 1. ( As you can see, I haven't posted to the site since February as I have been too busy. )
The site is set up so that you can easily keep on posting. It uses the free open source software wordpress and has some plugins such as adsense manager and I Love Social Bookmarking to help you generate income and traffic.
People can leave comments and the blog uses the plugin Askimet to control comment spam.
Right now, since I haven't posted to the blog in over three months the traffic is down, but with some new polls and posts the search engines will send more traffic quickly. In fact, I am surprised that in May it was still getting tarffic after no new posts in three months. In May it got 83 unique visitors and 148 total visitors. In January, when I was posting more often, it had 503 unique visitors.
I will show the buyer how I set up the polls. It's very easy to make them and post them to the blog.
The buyer will get the domain and blog. The buyer will be responsible for moving the site to a new hosting company. If you don't know how to move a site, I know someone who will move it for $20. Or I will host it for just $5 a month.
