I'd say $1 million or more -- there are only a handful of them, and most were reserved by ICANN before they were allocated.

Personally, I like X.com (owned by Paypal), although Z.com is nice too (owned by Nissan).

If I was Nissan, I wouldn't fight over Nissan.com anymore -- instead, rebrand the entire company as Z. :)
