closed 10,000 uniques 5 months online...

I have a .net that has had over 10,000 uniques in 5 months. It is a forum with repeat traffic and 378 members. I don't want to give the name yet, but based on traffic what would you sell this site for?

Not nearly enough info. What is the content of the forum? Is the bulk of the traffic from just the 378 members? Are the members friends of yours and friends of friends of yours? Oh, and what's the domain?

I knew you all would want that info, I was more interested in the value of the traffic without the name. I may have a buyer and didn't know where to start.
Alot of the traffic is new and their are about 20 very active members out of the 300+

10,000 uniques in 5 months is nothing. That's less than 100 visitors a day.
