I partied with a few Corps guys down in Ft. Sill, OK, back in my early 20's. I just wanted to drink and meet girls in Lawton. They wanted to do the same but beat the hell out of a couple of local "long hair" fellas first

Definitely not - a lot of us started much younger than that. But I know where I grew up, when someone hit the magic age, we still went out and celebrated big time.
