This is to help Sellers, using escrow.com to avoid get ripped.
I know the most common way to lose there is as a buyer, starting for the fact you pay the escrow fees anyway.
But as a Seller, how can you get ripped?
1.- The buyer fakes whois information when receiving the transfer, therefore arguing he never got the domains.
