you can list for more than 10K if you got an appraisal, he probbaly got one that said maybe $100.00 and not 100000 and now he can list it for as much as he wants, this has nothing to do with Sedo appraising it at 100K...

Hello Dominah, you are absolutely wrong alright. If you appraise any domain you cannot keep it to any price you want. You do it and show to me

Just do it and show me if you can keep any of your domain for more than 10,000 US in SEDO.

sedo appraisals are in .pdf format ( guilty of getting one .... bla bla )
upload the pdf somewhere where we can see it ??
And abdulbasit , no-one is dissing your domain , it is what it is .. but if sedo gave that appraisal it should be posted here for all to see .. purely for sedo bashing ..... nothing personal

It has always been my understanding that you can only set a price above $10,000 if Sedo has confirmed your price expectation by appraising the domain. This would also mean you cannot set a price higher than the estimate from Sedo. I am not 100% sure though. Therefore, I will start a thread on this topic in DNF's Sedo.com section now. Maybe someone from Sedo can shed light on this.

this name is worth regfee or less. even the .com for this name wouldnt be worth 100k and there are pretty much no .cc names worth 100k no matter how good the word. even something like loans.cc might not even get 100k.

HI pokerguide.com, you can never set your own price for more than $10,000 in SEDO. You just try it and do for any of your domain name and tell me. If you succeed please let me know. THan you can say that it is not the real appraisal. Got it

For your kind information pokerguide.com, you can have a look at this what sedo says when you try to keep any domain for more than $10,000

Please note:
Unfortunately your entry contained errors. Please review the fields marked in red and correct your entry.

Please notice that no listings can exceed $10,000. If you believe your listing is worth more than $10,000, please order an Appraisal or do not enter a certain price.

Now what do you say ?

calm down its only an appraisal!

the value of this domain maybe lies in the type-in / typo traffic....

ovt w/o: - 3,414
G w/o: 8,900,000

the only likely buyer of the .cc version of this would be Motorola.....

but even they are dumbing down the "Helo Moto" adverts etc

IOO: not worth apprasial

but good luck anyway.....

but you can set it higher than 10K if you get an appraisal, but only then.. even if it shows you that the domain is worthless (like yours),..so unless you show the appraisal I suggest you stop making false statements..

Sedo is $39 richer.

This appraisal needs to be documented as a joke; or was caused by extreme consumption of alcohol. Oktoberfest apparently came too early in Cologne.

Hi

It's true that you cannot list your domain at a price higher than $9,999.99, unless you get an appraisal from sedo.
However, if you ever get an offer for your domain at sedo, you can reply with whatever price you wish.

I assume they (sedo) put that in place to keep people from putting in exceedingly high prices for domains, unless the PAY sedo first.

as for your domain ...... value imo = $10.00
