ok, I'm cleaning up sites I haven't had a chance to work on anymore, so here's one of em:

www.exchangesim.net - 100% realistic game except no real money exchanged - gets REAL stock values etc. Users can buy and sell shares, exactly like real market.
I made this site a while ago but haven't had chance to get it to grow/publicize it... and strangely it has a few user signups that I don't know where they came from.
I've had offers on site when I first made it, but didn't sell because I expected to have the time to develop it more but doesn't look like it's gona happen.

Site is made 100% by me.
Please PM offers.

My reason for selling? I'm trying to clean up so I can focus on my own sites such as www.scriptdownloads.com - lol

Does the site allows simulated trading like with a real brokerage account for all stocks listed on Nasdaq and Wall Street?

well it isn't a real brockerage account... rather just a "exchangesim.net" account, and yes you can trade ANY stock on wall street or nasdaq

ok I've gotten a few interested people, and I'm asking in the mid $XXX range...
Buy it now is $400.
Remember, this is FULLY custom, 100% written by me. I will never release any of the code to anyone else without the buyers agreeing to it.

Assuming the site was more active, how much time would be needed to run it? For example, are all the stock quotes obtained automatically? Do you have to pay to get them? Are they obtained 100% legally?

Also, what new features were you planning to add to it in the future? Is there anything missing that would rpevent me from launching it like you have it now?

nope, it will work as it is now, nothing "missing".
Also, things I planned to add in further development were prizes for best users, and things like that to give more incentive to users.
I parse the data from a free source to the public.
Also, it's all done automatically, doesn't even use a chron job.

Anyways, site is ready to go... just needs to be promoted and maybe a few things like SEO to help it :)

How often does the site update with stock quotes, when the markets are open?

Also, there does not seem to be any portfolio value total. Would that be hard to add?

oh yea, forgot I never did make a "portfolio total"

No, it would be pretty easy since everything is in mysql, just gota multiply and add.
Also, everything updates whenever a user requests it (basically on demand)
