Mrsjello sold me this domain before renewal. Here is the email from enom I received regarding the renewal. I would only receive this if I was the owner

http://tinypic.com/usermedia.php?uo=...2BbYh4l5k2TGxc

Email dated 2/25 9:26 am where owner is asking for the domain back.

http://tinypic.com/usermedia.php?uo=...iujIh4l5k2TGxc

---------- Post added at 02:16 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:14 AM ----------

Offer was of no interest. Another email at 10:24 asking me if I wanted more domains for free.

---------- Post added at 02:20 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:16 AM ----------

Proof he pushed it 2/23

---------- Post added at 02:23 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:20 AM ----------

Admitting his selling of this domain to me was a mistake after I did not want his free names. 2/25 9:44 pm.

Shortly after lost the domain, right before the transfer to another registrar secured.

---------- Post added at 02:29 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:24 AM ----------

Also have another email where enom sends me the authorization code that I requested when I was owner.

I will say that MrsJello has done some shady business with me as well...

We had a clear meeting of the minds and they agreed to buy GauzePad.com for $1,000. When it came time to make payment, I was left at the alter. Even worse the transaction was strung out for 6 months with them saying "We are going to make payment, thank you for your patience".

If you agree to buy a domain, you have a legal and ethical obligation to complete the transaction at the agreed upon price.

This is particularly irritating when I see "MrsJello" buying domains regularly for $5,000 - $10,000 plus on NameJet.

Here is the email I have recieved:

From: Mirza Baig [mailto:[email protected]]
Sent: Friday, November 13, 2009 2:47 PM
To: zzzzzzzzzzz
Subject: Re: GauzePad.com

Andrew,

Thanks so much for your patience. I'll take it at our agreed upon price of $1k. Just give me about a week to send the funds.

Are you still out there?

What ever happened to our GauzePad.com deal?

You seemed to have simply disappeared.

Please simply let me know one way or another whether or not you are still interested in this domain .

Thanks,

Andrew

Seafood I have a long list of stories myself.

MrsJello once called me a "premature ej@culator"

wtf????

I just wrote it off as being eccentric but after having a domain stolen from my account and he received the stolen property is a whole different thing.

The proof is in the banning of TooManyDomains.

His TEMPORARY ban proves he / she has some anger management issues, but does it prove Igal didnt screw him? Do you know something we dont?

I can't consider this closed either. This transaction transpired on dnf and despite the buyers irrationality and temporary ban, an explanation is in order. Buyer provided Johnn with info he requested. As a courtesy the community deserves a reply or explanation. Igal has gone silent which is also suspicious without so much as a reply to the allegations.

The screenshot from toomanydomains seems as though there are some missing which could shed more light on this. From what we can see, it would appear that mrsjello either made a mistake by offering that domain (sellers aswell as buyers must stand by their own mistakes); or never actually offered that particular domain and it was pushed by mistake; or something else.

Was the domain paid for?
Was a refund made (buyer would have to agree to a refund imo).
There was an offer of some free domains in liu (we all know that that rarely compensates - 'you can't have that dog, but take a donkey instead') - if that offer was rejected has the seller then grabbed back the domain via the registrar claiming it was sold in error?

The title of this thread clearly shows that this domain was available for sale by the seller. Then at post number 3 TOOMANYDOMAINS bought the domains.

May be I am missing something but that's exactly what everyone wants to hear as to what is other side of story.

"or never actually offered that particular domain and it was pushed by mistake;"

The name was clearly offered .. that is in the title of this thread ...

"100+ UK + DrugRehabClinic.com + MattressShop.net + ProvisionalDrivingLicence.com "

"Was the domain paid for?"

""DrugRehabClinic, inpatientdrugrehabcenters, loungewear, - received ty : toomanydomains ""

"" last chance! - MrsJello ""

"" I do not have drugrehabclinic? It was in my enom account and I was the owner and you have somehow stolen it from my account. toomanydomains ""

This is all in this very sales thread ...

Noted - clearly it was offered.

"Was the domain paid for?"

""DrugRehabClinic, inpatientdrugrehabcenters, loungewear, - received ty : toomanydomains ""

This appears that the name was pushed - doesn't prove payment was made or received (that said, mrsjello's offer of compensation would suggest strongly that it had)

Agreed - silence is very telling. Bit ridiculous if a multi-millionaire like mrsjello has ruined their rep over a cheap domain. It's a good name; a good $xxxx+ name - and if he sold it by mistake for a lot less, then really, that's his mistake and he should stand by it. If that's what has happened.
