I've inherited a website that receives 100 unique visitors a day.

The website itself is low quality. ie. some dodgy frontpage website.

What's that sort of traffic worth?

It depends where the traffic comes from (typos, links, search engines results), without statistics I would give You $200, but if is it targeted traffic you could get much more.
