11472.com - I don't think its worth much. If I remember correctly, that's in the Bronx and is a fairly industrial area. If Developed, who knows. Personally, if I was looking for a zip code, I would look for 10001 or 10003, both are major sections of Manhattan.
I like Housing411.com, some good development potential. I would say high-xx to low-xxx.
