It averaged $1,200 per month for the last 12 months. ($700 AdSense / $500 Lead Buyers) This is about 1/10th of what this website has pulled in the past. I am letting it go because I need the cash.
It's an aged website. It's been online since 2001. (12 years online)
I've poured my heart and soul into this website but to continue the current earnings will only requires a very minimal time investment. Around 4 hours per month would suffice.

Someone asked: "What is the source of revenue here? Do you sell leads to someone?"

Answer: YES, there are several 'siding lead buyers' on the market today, over the years I've sold to several of them. I now send leads to 2 major ones. The process is very similar to AdSense which I also use on Siding4u.com to monetize the site.
