Well one years revenue is $40000, and somehow I dont think someone is going to pay that much for it. Maybe if I acquired 123Cheats.com it would bring up the value a bit.

with those stats you gave, and with that montly income, if it can be verified, I wouldnt worry about that domain name itself, I'd sell the site as a money making tool with whatever domain it has now attached to it. Later, the buyer can buy another domain and slowly move traffic there.
for the site, as is, $40000 is about correct.

I setup the site in 2000, so it has taken 4 years to get it to this point. I have been constantly refining my methods, and the site was down for 6 months, about 3 months ago, and traffic dropped from about 12000 to just 2000, but 1 month after relaunch, it went straight backup to 10000 visitors a day, and now it is at 15000 visitors per day. :cheeky:

Well anyways, $40000 is like I think I will keep it if its worth that much, until christmas comes anyway... maybe sell in the new year.

I would say at a minumum sell for 25k. But a site like that I would keep, good monthly income.

I would use the income to try to buy the .com, but you should definitely keep that site.

Man, this website is a money machine. If I had a site like that I would spend the income to hire programmers and integrate more quality services (some with a monthly fee).

I think you shoul keep the name too. Even if you get $100,000 it is still one time but if you expand the website you will get much more per year.

Weird, I don't believe I've ever seen a site that gets 15000 visitors daily ranked that low in Alexa(134,000).

Normally, game sites dont do as well on Alexa. For example, I have game site ranked around 500,000 but it gets at least 18 times the traffic of a domain site of mine at 200,000.

Yeh, it is ranked pretty low on Alexa for some reason. Used to be ranked at around 10000 before the site went down. BTW, the site went down for six months because I had merged it with a much larger game site, VGPro.com, but I decided to launch it again, and now its been going fantastic.

Me and the Head of VGPro, are working on integrating the ads better, which will mean more $$$$ . But thanks a lot everyone for the appraisals, was very surprised when I first seen them, and I actually got a few offers from people for the site, but I wont be selling. Not yet at least.

Just put up a new ad code, and now 123 Cheats is making around $4000 a month from activex ads (based on what I made over a 2 day period), so now the site is earning in the region of $5200 a month.
