It's a Trademark, in which case it may cost you money to answer the C&D before you turn over the domain to them.

12 sky 2 dot com is thier URL. Their legal info at the bottom of the homepage reads:
TWEL VE SKY 2 IS A REGISTERED TRADEMARK OF GIGAS SOFT CO., LTD
COPYRIGHT (c) 2008-2009 MAY N GAMES, MA YN INTERACTIVE PTE LTD., ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

Even though the legal summary spells out 'twelve', since their URL is 12 sky 2 dot com I'll bet that both spellings are trademarked, although I didn't dig any deeper than the homepage to find out.

Once this thread is indexed by the search engines, anyone working for the company who searches for the name may find the title of your post and forward it to legal. If anyone tries to develop it, even worse. If you try to sell it back to the TM holder, you will be guilty of cybersquatting.

I have inadvertently wound up with some TM's in the past, and have simply deleted them from my registrar account, end of story. No worries.

This is not legal advice, though.

If they are okay with the URL, then great!

I would suggest trying to sell it to another player or to a game store if it requires a hard copy purchase to play. You might find a way to advertise it through the game itself, or acquire a list of game stores and send them letters or email.

I don't know what it would be worth. I don't think a reseller would tangle with it.

Good luck!
