What I can guarantee you is that I, or anyone that is in any way related to me, will not register any of these names after they are sold, regardless if the buyer decides to register them all or not.
There is always a danger, however, that someone might find these domains from scratch, using his own research methods.
While this is a bit against the odds, there is a very small chance that someone may find and register one of those domains, in the time interval between the sale of the list and the buyer's action(registration of the domains). If you are that unlucky, then man it's tuff luck... it will be off my hands.
So to sum up, I guarantee that before I send you the list, all the domains will be unregistered, that I will not register any of the names on that list if it is sold and that I will not give(nor did I give) this information to anyone else except the buyer.
