The Americans that do not know the Constitution are not going to know it was written in 1787.
Then they will know that when dialing Puerto Rico at 1787.mobi.
Imagine a website that has a feature of dialing Puerto Rico and full American Constitution for Puertoricans: as you know, Puerto Rico is not a US state so far, but may become soon. Many Puertoricans still don't know US constitution, as they are not a US state.
