I think you wasted reg fee my friend...to be completely honest as much as I hate to give these ZERO VALUE appraisals (they are SO SO SO rare from me)...who what when why how where would buy or use this blatant copycat domain with ZERO traffic? Cashflow.com has mucho natural traffic and is a great generic domain worth mid $xx,xxx+. Just because we keep seeing the commercials on TV with the domains like "HomeEquity6.com" and "HomeLoans7.com" does'nt now mean any good name with a number before or after it is worth anything to anyone, don't you realize they are doing that with a number on the end or front so they WON'T have to buy a domain to use? Market research has shown that people will most likely remember the domain EVEN if they add a random number on the end and it makes them MORE likely to write it down for future reference. If you have 1 in the front they will just reg and use 111 or 123 or 12345 or a1 or abc in the front, back, middle, doesnt matter, or most likely the REAL one they already have...ya feel me? :)

Hope this helps...

Genuinely curious - anyone like it? Normally I shy away from domains with numbers, but sometimes I make an exception. Frankly, although cashflow.com made the DNJ chart, I think the $56.5k was significantly lower than what it's worth and could realistically have gone for now. $100,000 and up would have been more appropriate these days imo, with around $75k to $85k being a fair "discount" floor. Anyone in the $xxx/$x,xxx range for this one perhaps? How would you compare the value to cashflow1.com, for instance? Thanks...
