1dr.com - like first doctor dot com - high $XXX to low $XXXX

That was my line of thinking when I regged these. 1Dr meaning 1st Doctor and 1Rx being related to prescription medication being that "Rx" is the symbol for medical prescriptions.

I believe that there are a large number of people looking for good doctors as well as good prices on prescription medication. I figured that I would develop the two seperate sites and link them together somehow.

I'm an even bigger .com fan though
Stick to generics or LLL or NNN imo
You would need to brand or develop these.
TBH i don't really like 1dr.com either, as the same would apply

Well put. I am also a mobi fan and every other TLD.

Potentially brandable as a site.

But as domain names, they are nothing more than reg fee until someone else says, "how much do you want for your domains?"
