If you google it, you will see ajax-coder.com is top of the heap. There's a good chance that could do likewise with the right work done on it.
As for a price - I would reckon you would get more by holding on to it for later.
Ajax is one of the newer developments, it's early days for it yet as an acronym (only been in use about 2 years), even though the actual technology is much older - and will be around for much longer as well.
