Just curious if you have heard of any sales of domains like this lately - and how much they went for.

Thanks!

Ah, sorry. I meant to say I wanted an appraisal for my domain R8.org, but I hate to ask for anything free - so that's why I asked it like I did. :)

I appreciate the offer - but not looking to sell at this time. Just feeling out the market and would have assumed that given it being a 2 char domain it would be worth a little more than that.

R8.Org - Go slow with it, and check the prices that 2 char dot orgs go for. There was discusion of 2 Charecter dot Orgs on WHT's name forum a month ago - but I'm too lazy to look it up :)

Best thing in my opinion is to hold on it for a while longer.

Well it Gringo it does sound good when you say it and easy to remember. Maybe he can develop a soft-drink with it like R8, All of the 8 esstential nutrients you need to keep your body running well. or something along those lines.

Yep, I started that thread - but everyone thought it was worthless. I know it's 2 chars, one being a number - and it's a dot org. I know it's not worth a whole lot, but was just looking to see if anyone's sold one recently and for what price. That's all. :)

Kind of like someone who's looking to maybe sell their house - so they check out what like houses in the neighborhood have sold for in past months.

R8 is rate in msg speak, so it's a bit more than just a letter/number pair.

I am much newer to this game, but I would assume that scarcity would be the greatest motivator to sell a crappy 2char domain name. There's only 3888 2 char cno's, and of those there's only 1296 total 2 char .orgs.

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying this domain is gold, or very nice silver. But it does have value, however not obvious. I just was curious if anyone here knew about how much value it had. :)

It only have premium value if "r8" means something.

v8.org has far more value that v7.org or v9.org

JH3, I am not used to your types of posts from forums I come from. Why do you post answers to questions that are less helpful than no help at all?

Or maybe you are just joking around. If you are, then cool :D . But if you are, maybe you should try using a smiley.

If you aren't joking around, just note you sound and look like an idiot as$hole in the two threads of mine that you crapped in.

Take care-

He's just being pissy. Not sure why, but he crapped on another thread of mine for some unknown reason. Oh well. I knew it was BS, you knew it, sure everyone will know that it's probably not worth $260, much less $26,000.
