SpecialCare.org (445,000 pages on Google)

SpecialCare.org - $250 min (.ORG fits very well)

Internship/residency related info and news site? $275 ++
note, not same as MedicalEducation which refers to Med School(ing)

SpecialCare.org is generic enough but looses points in its ability to identify its content clearly and precisely (compare to IntensiveCare which clearly specifies ICU etc).
