But are you sure it is a TM because it contains the word olympic?
There is a school of photography and some other organisation which are called Olympic mountain. Could check the searches for the flower thingy?

The olympic organisation is so particular about their trademark that they have forced a major shipping company - Royal Olympic Cruise Lines (the largest cruise operator in the eastern Mediterranean) - to change their name to Royal Olympia Cruise Lines !
Looks like they don't like anything with the word in, even if it has nothing to do with the Games.

I tried to list the olympicmountain.net/org at Sedo but they didn't let me because it violates the german trademark law....
