here are two new sites. Both are turn key and I was planning on using the names for myself but plans have changed. Both names are new and at enom.

very strong name, likely worth the asking price. I think the site is pretty straight forward save one thing. You can set the plans as large and as long as you want, but the one thing you can't do currently is make the site free. Approval is based off the paypal payment id, so there has to be one to approve.

While this is a turnkey I started making the changes for me to keep it. Mainly I got rid of the header I dislike and made the colors more uniform. I started to populate but I don't think I currently have the time. If one person signs up the site will pay for its self more than once. The site is also newletter equipped, but I had no need to write a news letter and felt like google would make more than me writing a news letter. Google should also pay well for term.
Post sold to claim. Offer $30 days free hosting if needed. Quick enom push on names. Will install on your server for free on a WHM server, others I would have to look at and likely charge $5-10 depending.Please pm any questions.
