The domain receives about 1,700 unique visitors per month without
any promotion.

Both domains have never been promoted. The traffic is totally from
type-ins. So you see: the domains have got a huge potential!

Truly tier 1 properties - have these domains ever been live web properties (i.e. with active web sites) or only parked? Are there any contractual obligations associated with them from previous projects?

Hallo Rob,

There had been several affiliate pages and some smaller sites on the
domains. But they have changed quite often. So there has never been a "real"
active web site. And there are no contractual obligations, of course. You can
use the domains for whatever you want to.

Both premium domains are still for sale, although I've received many
