I don't intend to sell these sites in the forseeable future, but out of interest, at their current (low) stage of development, what are they worth?

http://www.psphome.com - 60 uniques a day - 6th on google.co.uk for "psp" - between 15-20 inbound links between PR 3-5 (not shown on google as yet)

http://www.sengo.com - 20 uniques a day

Anyone else? Alexa rankings on both have halved in the past week.... I don't know if that's anything special as I keep hearing about Alexa manipulation. But still, any other appraisals? Cheers.
