they did to allow one letter and one number domains to be regged. i bought mine from a guy who regged almost every letter.

i bought t.tl for $249

and check the one letter domain..
it will show "the domain is too short"...
so...I don't think you can register a new one letter .tl domain o.....
even if the one letter .tl domain is availabe..
