months before that -- averaged around $7000 to $8000 per month.

Last years average -- year 2004 -- about $8000 per month.

Income increases as time goes on because new members signup daily and the old members will renew monthly.....and you still get commission for the old members renewing.

Most Revenue sites will go for 1-2 Years Revenue.. ($108k - $216k)

My accountant tells me a business should be sold on 3 times gross profits minimum and 5 maximum all based over 1 year so say it profits 7k with all expenses taken out it,a true value would be between 252k and 420k but thats based on a bricks and morter business,this is just a thought but its true value is wot someone will pay for it.

Actually gross profits are before expenses. Net is after. However, I believe in general your accountant is correct. There are other factors though.
