WHY ARE SEDO.COM LETTING THIS HAPPEN THE BUYER IS GOING TO PAY $20,000 and lose the domain in a court case and maybe have to pay big cash for court costs .

This clearly blatant TM domain on auction when they give some of my non TM the boot because they "may be" a TM issue.

I can not understand why Sedo would want to be a party in a suit for facilitating the sale and being a transfer agent in the sale.

crap like this gives the whole industry a bad name. Namejet, snapnames, Sedo, afternic should all make it a policy to not sell blatant TMs. Even registries. .me sold toyota.me facebook.me and a whole bunch of other TMs and pocketed the cash. So dont be surprised if the UDRP rules change due to behavior like this.
