Thank You for your kind words Theo!
- Firm offer $25,000 received (not from Theo!)....................... Judging by what I have seen in DN over the past few months, I think I may end up selling them "one by one" here though time is a factor for me which is why I wanted to move them quickly. I've sold a couple on Sedo over the past 10 days alone - zhs.net (41k Google) 700 Euro, rtz.net (54k Google) 671 Euro - I would say that the average is slightly higher than 50k on Google if you take the average across the board, and I have rejected many many offers around $300/$400.
If you purchase the package at US$35,000, all you need to do is sell one a week over the next year at the 600/700 Euro Mark, and you've covered your investment, and have over 150 left which have been paid for. (forgive me for quoting in Euro but most of the interest in these are coming from Europe) If you can only do half of that, ie. One 700 Euro sale every 2 weeks, you will recover approximately half of your investment and are left with 175 x 3 letter .net's which have cost you US$17,500 (Plus 1500 to renew them all for another year in 2005). I think the maths is about right. At worst, you sell them here at $200? $250? each over time, get a few retails sales and come out with $15,000 profit? There is also no reason why you won't get lucky and get a couple of big companies being ready to pay $3k for one of these. We have sold 3 pretty average .net's (not 3 letter) one at 3000 Euro and the other 2 at around half of this in the past 2 weeks. I would say in truth, that these 3 letters are better. Many of the members here will remember when it was relatively easy to pick up a 3 letter .com for $500 - If these go the same way, you'd be sitting on a goldmine. This is just my thinking! No guarantees of course and be careful since investments can go down as well as up!
Any more offers?
