I am considering selling this site.

I will install the site for the buyer on their server (to my best effort; as I had a bit of a problem installing the last site I sold because of .htaccess issues [long story].. but it should not really be a problem providing you are on something like cpanel)
The site has a search engine, links to over 3000 games [pretty sure]; I coded it from the bottom up; site comes as is; it is relatively search engine friendly; I recently acquired the domain name OkayGames dot com to watch for spillover traffic. It will be sold with the site.
I have received several offers (unsolicited) in the $2000-$2500 range in the past; I am looking for more than that this time around; nothing less than mid $,$$$
Some traffic comes from a link that I have on top of GlobalBoards dot com which is my site, that will NOT remain there. Please factor that into your purchases. I have webalizer stats that show in greater detail the amount of traffic that comes from there; it is a relevant factor in the sites traffic. but this site does have typeins (as can be seen by the overture w/extension of 32) and is in search engines, etc.
If you are interested, we can talk more via pm and I can give you more details on the site. Right now I am just resting the waters.
