Wanted: Website +200K to spend on small number of .com domains with majority non-US audience

Buying type-in traffic names where the majority of the audience is non-US. I'm paying up to 10 years revenue for the best ones.

I need to buy quickly.

Criteria:

- Names with type-in traffic only.
- Individual domains only or small portfolios (under 10 names)
- Languages accepted: Any (my usual focus is on Asian names)
- NO TYPOS or obvious TMs.

To me, when hearing that someone is looking to spend large sums of money quickly, it usually raises a flag. I'm relatively new in this industry, and I don't completely understand the dynamics around investor entities, but can the OP please explain why there is a time crunch?

not really a time crunch but i'm buying, the more the merrier, the more urgent they come on the better. it's also tax time coming up in my country so i'd rather purchase this side of the tax year rather than next tax year. i want as many as possible before june 30.

i won't be spending it in the next few days, more like 2 months but still have rules around what i buy at what price so it may not all be spent
