4) daily revenue at least $1

Offer, based on monthly revenue:
12X ~ 24X for TM domains, normally 18X, depending on the TM risk and stats, long time stats which show stable traffic will get better offer!
36X ~ 48X for generic domains, multiple is also negotiable, depending on the quality of names!
