it is all pure bullshit what they are doing to people

Does anyone know if this law just applies to sites hosted in the US?

or businesses based in the US?

If you are a member of the FSC, you won't be investigated or prosecuted until this goes to court, but they can come after you if this isn't overturned if you weren't compliant as of June 23, 2005.

You can move hosting to Canada but if you reside in the USA, you have to abide by US laws, so it won't do you any good.
