The first group is registered at godaddy the second are enomcentral, pushes and accounts are free at both. Please check a whois for dates on any you are interested in.
After paypal payment will push to your domain account (where domain is registered currently) and then send cpanel/ftp details (admin where there is one) and allow two weeks to move to your hosting.
