I've had it. I am getting PMs from loads of tire kickers that can't even afford the site. I won't sell it for less than $3,000. If you think that is too much, there are many other sites for sale here, go look at something else.

I agree this site has a serious mass of tire kickers BUT why not just post the URL in advance and your price point to save time and effort? Why not post the income and traffic stats in your post with links to the jpgs or any other pertinent information.
I'm sure you would have a faster sale.

Because within two weeks, regardless of whether his site sells right now or not, there will be at least 3 clones of the site for sale here.

This way, he's at least keeping track of who he sent the URL to, and if they sell a similar site in the next week or two, they really can't deny anything.
