Just wanted to post an update and thank you both for your interest.
I do believe the domain has greater value....but I could be totally deluded about this.
To resolve this in a concrete time frame, I have started a 7 day auction on Sedo so it will go to the highest bidder at 12 noon (Eastern Time) next Saturday.
